These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Blank Studio Limited ("Blank Studio NZ", "we", "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.blankstudionz.com ("the website"). They are effective from 27 May 2025 and will replace all earlier terms of trade.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.


1. Eligibility to Purchase

To purchase from our online shop, you must be 18 years or older and purchasing for personal use or consumption only (not for resale).

If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation or business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.


2. Availability and Supply

All orders are subject to the availability of products or services. If any product is unavailable, we will notify you via our website or email.


3. Delivery and Charges

• We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses.
• Delivery costs are shown during checkout and included in your order summary.
• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, usually within 2–5 business days.

4. Pricing

• All prices are in NZD.
• Prices exclude delivery charges.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• You will receive an invoice via the email you provide when placing your order. Please ensure your details are correct.

5. Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, MasterCard,
• Bank Transfer (where offered)

All payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.


6. Shipping & Delivery Details

We typically ship Monday–Friday. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times:

• North Island: 2–4 working days
• South Island: 3–5 working days

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.


7. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
• Provide proof of purchase

Items must be unused and in original packaging (unless faulty).


8. Package Terms (for Studio Packages)

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your package.

9. Liability Limitation

Where products or services are supplied for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services in question.
